Oakmont Capital Services Continues to Develop Talent While Expanding its Teams

Oakmont Capital Services is excited to announce the promotions of the following:
Tatum Noreen, CLFP, to Inside Sales Manager. Tatum will continue to work closely with OCS’ returning customers and assume new responsibilities. She will oversee the Account Management team to ensure they have the training, tools, and coaching needed to serve OCS’ loyal customers.
“Since Tatum joined the organization in 2021, she has exhibited a passion for the industry and has played an integral part in evolving OCS’ inside sales approach,” said Jim Peach, CLFP and Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing. “Expanding the Account Management team is part of this approach, and Tatum has displayed the leadership skills time and time again that are needed to successfully develop the department’s newest employees.”
Jodie Schimek, CLFP, to Credit Supervisor. Jodie will work closely with the VP of Credit to ensure the credit team continues to review and approve customer deals quickly and efficiently. She will help guide the team of credit analysts as they work together on day-to-day activities, in addition to improving OCS’ processes.

Alex Gerads, Account Manager, is a proud graduate of St. Cloud State, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance and a professional communications certificate. Alex has experience working in the tree care and landscaping industries and will service OCS’ current customers across those sectors.
Brooke Poepping, Account Manager, brings a decade of customer service and finance experience to her role with OCS. Brooke will focus on supporting OCS’s current customers and helping them easily plan future purchases.
Sara Revermann, Receptionist, has a background in customer service with over 20 years of experience. She enjoys working directly with customers to provide positive, helpful engagements.
