Oakmont Capital Services Promotes Three Employees
Experienced Professionals Strengthen TeamAs we enter Q2, Oakmont Capital Services (OCS) has promoted two team members in the Minnesota location to supervisor positions, and one team member has moved into a Finance Coordinator role in the Pennsylvania headquarters. All three employees will further support our customers, partners, and internal staff. OCS employees Sara Birr (MN) and Trista Stangler (MN) became supervisors on the Operations Team, and Melanie Laird (PA) will take on added responsibilities as part of the Sales Team.
Sara Birr (MN) has been promoted from Documentation Specialist to Documentation Supervisor. Sara will continue focusing on day-to-day operations and document processing. Her expanded responsibilities include helping develop/implement document automation and facilitating regular departmental meetings in addition to supervisor duties.
Trista Stangler (MN) has been promoted from Titling/ Operations Specialist to Titling Supervisor. In this role, Trista will continue her responsibilities processing titling approvals/packages, including day-to-day operations, and offering support and training to the growing team. Her new job functions include supervisory duties, helping develop/implement titling efficiencies, and facilitating regular departmental meetings.

Melanie Laird (PA) has been promoted from Operations Specialist to Finance Coordinator. Melanie will work closely with OCS’ Business Development Officers in her new role, helping coordinate open opportunities. This includes but is not limited to entering new customer applications, preparing manufacturer subsidy requests and documentation, and reviewing signed documents.
“Melanie, who recently celebrated her one-year anniversary with OCS, has been a wonderful addition to our team,” said Jim Peach, CLFP and SVP of Sales and Marketing with OCS. “With her transition to Finance Coordinator, she’ll support our Business Development Officers, taking on a new role while expanding her responsibilities. We’re excited to add her to our growing Finance Coordinator team!”
